What is plopping?
What is plopping?
Plopping means lowering your wet curls onto a microfibre towel and then wrapping them up in the towel.
Why should you plop?
- Reduces total dry time
- Keeps you from touching your curls while they begin drying
- Sets curls - enhancing looser curls using an accordion method and reduces frizz
- Can help to avoid the effects of humidity
- Can create extra lift at the root
Some curlies leave their "plop" on for a few hours until their hair is almost dry and swear by the results.
