When will my Curlytops purchase arrive?

Curlytops is a one-woman operation and that woman has to go out of town for 10 days. All orders placed after 2pm on Thursday 2 November to Sunday 12 November will be shipped on Monday 13 November.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If you have placed an order during this window and simply can't wait (hey, we get it), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a refund.
We ship Australia-wide.
Standard flat rate: $10.00 AUD – a small price to pay for fabulous hair.
Orders over $60.00 AUD receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
For deliveries within Australia, please allow 3–14 working days for your Curlytops products to arrive.
We know there are Curlytops like us all over the world.
We offer international shipping from Australia.
- For orders up to 250g, shipping is $20
- For orders between 250g and 500g, shipping is $30
- For orders between 500g and 1kg, shipping is $40
- For orders between 1kg and 1.5kg, shipping is $50
- For orders between 1.5kg and 2kg, shipping is $50
Shipping times vary but can take anywhere between 7-21 business days.
Please note, your order may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. They will be determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Curlytops is not liable for, nor responsible for, import duties, fees, taxes or charges – we're here to make your hair fabulous, not your customs experience.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Curlytops you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.
Here at Curlytops, we're happy to offer a refund/exchange on products that are faulty, damaged or if the incorrect product was delivered.

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds or returns if you change your mind. Please ensure you make the correct purchase and contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions.
The refund of return postage costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
