We ship Australia-wide.

Standard flat rate: $10 AUD – a small price to pay for fabulous hair.

For standard domestic shipping within Australia, please allow 3–14 working days for your Curlytops products to arrive.

For domestic express shipping, please allow 1-3 days for your order to arrive.

We know there are Curlytops like us all over the world so we offer international shipping from Australia.

Please note, we are unable to ship Clever Curl products outside of Australia.

We ship to the USA via DHL. Orders arrive in 5-10 business days.

International shipping times vary but can take anywhere between 7-21 business days. 

Please note, your order may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. They will be determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Curlytops is not liable for, nor responsible for, import duties, fees, taxes or charges  – we're here to make your hair fabulous, not your customs experience.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Curlytops you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.

Here at Curlytops, we're happy to offer a refund/exchange on products that are faulty, damaged or if the incorrect product was delivered. Please notify us if you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product within 30 days of your purchase.

Email us at hello@curlytops.com.au with your order number for details on how to return the product.

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds or returns if you change your mind. Returns aren't available for bonnets, beanies and towels for hygiene reasons – unless they are faulty.

Please ensure you make the correct purchase and contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions.

The refund of return postage costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
